This tried-and-true training has been taught to everybody from the senior-most executives to elementary school children. It's a fun and hands-on way to feel what it's like to practice the Improvement Kata - a simple but scientific way of striving toward a goal or challenge.

During each Improvement Kata Lab session, you'll be confronted with multiple real-world problem-solving scenarios which will challenge your thinking and sharpen your problem-solving micro-skills via numerous rapid attempts in a safe practice environment.
Coaching Kata Lab

The Coaching Kata Lab is for people who have significant experience with the Improvement Kata and would like to step up to teaching it to others via the Coaching Kata. During each Coaching Kata Lab session, you'll be confronted with multiple real-world coaching scenarios which will allow you to get literally dozens of practice rounds of coaching a problem-solver, experimenting with different ways of coaching and honing your coaching micro-skills.
